April 19 and 20, 2010

Please attend two Habitat Connectivity Workshops for the Bay Area Critical Linkages Project. Your participation will help us develop focused plans for maintaining functional habitat connectivity in an area that is highly threatened by habitat loss and fragmentation.

Building Thriving Communities: Funding for Local Parks and Urban Greening

December 9, 2008

This workshop was cosponsored by the Bay Area Open Space Council and California Council of Land Trusts. It addressed developing new partnerships in our communities and information about urban greening funding available in 2009.


Resource Management in the Wildand Urban Interface

February 28, 2008

This workshop explored a range of resource management issues, including the role public lands agencies play in reducing the threat of fire, the spreading of exotic species, and new trends in wildland fire science.
